THE TURN OF SEASONS – Decoration Contest

1. 1. Content:
   • Organize a decorative contest with the theme of SEASONS TRANSITION:

   o Decorate and present the topic in the Teamwork area, and send greetings to the Examiners. Contest team: 6 teams from 6 Supervisors and 1 Team of Back Office + TQA + SA department.

   o Organize a party for employees with the content: goodbye 2019 and welcome the new year 2020.

   o Each Team will be supported with VND 500,000 (five hundred thousand Vietnam dong) for the decoration part.

   2. Grading structure
   • First, second, third and fourth consolation prizes:

   o 100% of scores come from BGK.

   o Award evaluation items include:

    Content and form of decoration (5 points).

    Presentation and wishes to the Examiners (3 points).

    Team spirit (2 points).

   o Voting: 100% come from likes, shares and comments on the Page and Group Facebook of the Company.

   3. Prize structure
   • First Prize: 5,000,000 VND.
   • Second prize: 3,000,000 VND.
   • Third prize: VND 1,600,000.
   • 4 consolation prizes: VND 600,000.
   • Online voting prizes: VND 1,000,000.
   4. Time held
   • Decorating Contest with the theme SEASONS TRANSITION:

   o Decoration: November 25, 2019 – December 20, 2019.

   o The examiners examine the content and appearance: December 20, 2019 – December 25, 2019.

   • Organize a small party and the examiners will judge the presentation of each team:

   o IS floor: December 26, 2019.

   o OS Floor: December 27, 2019.

   • Online voting on Page and Facebook Group: December 27, 2019 – December 29, 2019
   • Announcement and award: December 30, 2019
