INTERN RECRUITMENT
JOB DESCRIPTION
Directly participate in the actual recruitment process by assisting the Recruiter:
- Support recruitment communication, search for candidates (post news, find resumes, create candidate sources).
- Supporting the selection process (updating candidate profiles, setting-up interviews, welcoming candidates, announcing interview results…).
- Make a work plan, periodically report the work results to the direct manager.
- Contribute ideas to build recruitment brand.
Support the Recruiter in matters related to the recruitment process and management:
- Developing recruitment processes and policies.
- Interact with departments.
- Team progress management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Students 3rd and 4th year majoring in Economics, Business Administration, Human Resource Management,… at universities in Ho Chi Minh City.
- Good communication skills, proactive in work, no lisp/local accent.
- Good writing ability, preference will be given to candidates with experience in writing media.
- Having a personal computer, priority is given to candidates who can work Full-time.
- Can stay for a minimum of 3 months.
MODE:
- Salary: according to work results.
- Thoroughly trained in all Knowledge and Skills in Recruitment Professionals (Recruitment process, Recruitment communication plan, Recruitment mindset, Search skills, candidate source creation, Evaluation skills candidate interview rates, etc.).
- To participate in teambuilding sessions knowledge sharing professional working experiences of the company.
- Being able to work in a dynamic, creative environment, approaching and rubbing reality with a professional recruitment process.
- Opportunity to be trained to become a full -time employee after 3 months of internship at the Company (for final year students in need, the Company will support certification of internship stamp).
