WORK OBJECTIVE

• Make a phone call on the company’s available customer data system.
• Consulting on programs and products of the company.
• Guide customers to follow the prescribed procedures.
• Answer customer inquiries in accordance with company policy.

DUTIES:

• Report the work results to Team Leader, or Project Manager.
• Maintain project related requirements.
• Perform work according to procedures and work instructions.
• Meet the productivity and quality targets set out by the project.
• Participate in all training courses and training programs relevant to the project.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and work programs.
• Implement information security policy.
• Perform other assigned tasks.
• Implement information security policy.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Accurate, careful, agile.
• Good communication skills and attitude.
• Experience in data processing and sales consulting is an advantage.
• High school graduate or above.
• Basic office computing.
• Ability to work independently, teamwork, management skills and work under high pressure.

SALARY:

• According to the company’s salary scale system applied to the position of Telephone Salesperson.
