Advise customers on the company’s programs and products.
Guide customers to follow procedures as prescribed.
Answer customers’ questions strictly according to the company’s policies.
Report the results to the Team Leader, or the Project Manager.
Master the project-related requirements.
Perform the work in accordance with the process and work instructions.
Meet the productivity and quality targets set by the project.
Participate in all project-related training and programs.
Contribute ideas to improve processes and work programs.
Implement the Information Security policy.
Perform other assigned tasks.
Accurate, careful, agile.
Experienced in data processing and/or sales consultant is an advantage.
High school graduate or higher.
Speaking foreign languages is an advantage.
Be proficient in basic computer (Office suite).
Ability to work independently, teamwork, management skills and work under high pressure.
